About the Role:
The Production Operations Manager will be responsible for providing daily department job assignments through shift hand-off process. They will observe daily schedule requirements and communicate them to operators. Additionally, they will provide necessary assistance to employees in the department, set up machines and work centers as required to meet schedule demands, track efficiencies and productivity within the department, report daily, communicate opportunities for process improvement, maintain all equipment in the department, attend company courses and assist on project teams when asked, completion, update and sign off job specific set-up documentation, maintain a safe working environment, ensure quality process is being followed by all employees, sign-off and accountability for scrap generated by department, maintain accountability within the department, attend courses or seminars and assist on project teams when asked, support and maintain company Mission, Vision, and Values, all other tasks assigned and apparent.

- Must be able to lift up to 40-50 pounds, numerous times during the day
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- 1–2 years lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Read and understand blueprints and work orders
- Experience using and training others with inspection equipment
