About the Role

As a Post-Kidney Transplant Coordinator RN at Henrico Doctors' Hospital Forest, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of our patients. Our kidney transplant surgeons use advanced technology and innovative techniques to provide personalized, ongoing care. You will communicate effectively with physicians, hospital staff, and external consumers to ensure seamless patient care.

You will assess transplant patients for specific needs, educate them and their families regarding follow-up care requirements, and plan and coordinate post-transplant care in collaboration with referring physicians and other care providers.

Requirements
  • Three years of nursing experience, with preference given to candidates with ICU or case management experience

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
