Senior Financial Analyst

Snap-on Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis for our captive insurance company and risk management functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze insurance products offered to our franchisees and develop management reports to evaluate the business.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports to communicate financial results, forecasted performance, and variances.
  • Partner with accounting and finance teams to standardize financial data collection and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Develop a key understanding of business expense and revenue drivers and analyze financial data to aid in setting business goals and developing strategies.
  • Evaluate existing financial processes and systems and recommend opportunities for process and systems improvements.
  • Assist in preparation of financial presentations and reports for internal key stakeholders and collaborate with auditors during the financial audit process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience with accounting and financial analysis as well as project management.
  • Strong verbal, analytical, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and meet deadlines.
