Key Responsibilities- Champion the SCRUM/Agile team process, bridging gaps between IT technical solutions and business stakeholder needs through interview, design, and requirement gathering.
- Act as the primary advocate aligning technical solutions with business problems.
- Advocate on behalf of the business to support business initiatives.
- Support business operations and data systems, designing solutions that minimize manual processes, redundancy, and maximize reportability.
- Act as a technical contact with software vendors, logging and tracking tickets in support portals.
- Develop positive and professional business relationships with internal Product Owners and external users.
- Plan and lead requirements gathering sessions and document the resulting functional and non-functional requirements and business processes.
- Work with business and IT teams to determine documentation needs.
- Identify opportunities for innovation.
- Four to ten years related experience and/or training in the Health Care Industry.
- Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university required.
- Fifth year college or university program certificate preferred.
