In beBee Professionals, we are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Des Plaines facility.

About the Role:
  • Monitor patients' health and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
  • Work closely with registered nurses and doctors to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
Responsibilities:
  1. Patient Health Monitoring: Regularly check vital signs, identify potential health issues, and report them to supervising nurses.
  2. Medication Administration: Safely administer prescribed medications to patients, adhering to hospital protocols.
  3. Care Planning: Collaborate with healthcare teams to create personalized care plans that meet patients' unique needs.
  4. Documentation: Accurately document patients' medical histories, treatment progress, and any changes in their condition.
  5. Education and Support: Educate patients and their families about ongoing care and treatments, promoting a smooth recovery process.
Requirements:
  • A valid LPN license in the United States is required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • BLS certification is a must-have.
