Hospice Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospice LPN to join our team. As a Hospice Per Diem LPN Crisis Care Night Shift, you will provide direct patient care, implement current nursing practice, and participate in the coordination of hospice services.
Qualifications and Requirements- Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program
- Three years of nursing experience, with community health, hospice, or medical/surgical experience preferred
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state
- Current CPR Certification
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills
- Valid driver's license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements
Estimated Salary: $40-$50 per hour.
