Windstream Communications is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and building customer relationships, promoting customer adoption of our products and solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with customers to provide product and feature updates, help customers increase usage of product features, and facilitate product training.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen and expand customer relationships based on real-time insights into customer needs.
  • Orchestrate issue resolution on behalf of the customer and serve as the primary point of contact working with other teams to deliver on the customer promise.
  • Partner closely with Enterprise Sales Executives within shared geographic regions to co-develop customer plans and prioritize opportunities.

  • Understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
