NewDay Veterinary Care is seeking a skilled Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing patient flow, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and their pets.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Update and file patient charts, enter data into computerized billing programs
- Assist with pet supply purchases and maintain a clean and organized waiting room
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
