Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified Associate Professor to join our team as an Academic Clinician in the Division of Endocrinology and Diabetes. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring CHOP fellows, residents, and medical students, as well as contributing to the clinical duties at CHOP Lancaster and Exton satellite offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and mentor CHOP fellows, residents, and medical students in pediatric endocrinology.
- Contribute to the clinical duties at CHOP Lancaster and Exton satellite offices.
- Develop and implement educational programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to advance the field of pediatric endocrinology.
- Embody the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of work.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of prior faculty experience in pediatric endocrinology.
- Strong teaching and mentoring skills.
- Excellent clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to develop and implement educational programs.
