Production Supervisor Job Description

Conagra Brands is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at the Hagerstown, MD manufacturing plant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading team members through process improvement opportunities to achieve production and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor production to ensure quality, productivity, and cost standards are maintained.
  • Lead team in tracking and understanding goals, gap analysis, and creating action plans to address performance gaps.
  • Provide resources and training to employees to ensure they are performing job responsibilities.
  • Troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions through root cause analysis.
  • Enforce plant rules, regulations, and procedures.
  • Support plant and company safety programs, promoting a high level of awareness and adherence to defined employee safety requirements.
  • Ability to work weekends.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 2+ supervisory experience required.
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
