This position demands proactive management of the dealership's customer portfolio and regular engagement with clients through various communication channels on a scheduled basis.
This prominent role is essential to the dealership's overall performance and offers significant opportunities for career advancement within Sonic Automotive.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the dealership's portfolio of former lease and loan clients.
- Deliver an exceptional experience to loyal customers to promote repeat business.
- Ensure the dealership meets or surpasses OEM specified retention objectives.
- Demonstrate the ability to juggle multiple tasks and navigate various systems (CRM, OEM Financial platform, retention-specific sites, etc.).
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and text to relay lease/loan end details.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with retention clients starting from a minimum of 9 months before contract maturity.
- Document all customer interactions and share outcomes with the management team.
- Utilize knowledge of customers' current vehicle ownership (vehicle type, monthly payment, etc.) to offer end-of-term solutions tailored to their needs.
- Provide various payment options (lease, loan, and cash).
- Coordinate appointments for pre-inspections and new vehicle test drives.
Compensation:
$15.00 per hour plus bonuses
The Customer Loyalty Consultant position includes a compensation structure comprising base hourly pay along with additional incentives. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to excel in this role, facilitating appointments, tracking communications, and collaborating with our Sales team to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
