Solar Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Operations Manager to join our team at NorthStar Clean Energy. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our solar project.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure safe and efficient operation of the solar project, including maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Monitor and report on employee performance, ensuring adherence to NorthStar Clean Energy standards and production goals.
- Participate in planning and decision-making for future growth and changes in production demands.
- Interface with regulatory officials, landowners, community leaders, and other project stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and submit required reports and filings.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related discipline, with a minimum of four years' experience in a related field.
- Or, associate degree in a technical field or related discipline, with a minimum of six years' experience in a related field.
- Or, high school diploma with a minimum of eight years' experience in a related field.
- Master's degree in a technical field or related discipline preferred.
- Journeyman Electrician certification preferred.
- Four years' experience executing general plant maintenance preferred.
- Renewable energy experience required (solar or wind).
- Two years' supervisory experience required.
