Guest Services Representative

We are seeking an experienced Security Support Specialist to join our team at Holiday Inn Club Vacations. As a key member of our resort's safety and security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of our guests, owners, and team members while providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Security Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for guests and team members who require assistance with safety and security-related issues. You will also be responsible for monitoring resort facilities and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of resort facilities to identify potential security risks
- Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed
- Investigate incidents and accidents
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent security breaches
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in customer service, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field. You will also need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
