Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level support for the maintenance and upkeep of mainframe systems, including Unisys 2200 and IBM platforms.
  • Develop and implement configuration management strategies to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of data center operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement disaster recovery and alternate site processing procedures.
  • Manage and lead a team of IT engineers to ensure seamless delivery of data center services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement in data center operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 14 years of experience in mainframe operations, storage management, and configuration management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex data center operations and implementing best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,001 - $160,000, based on experience and other factors.
