Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Holmes Regional Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Utilize evidence-based practice and current research to inform clinical decisions and improve patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Associate Nursing Degree or Nursing Diploma from an approved school of nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Current Florida RN licensure or endorsement required.
- Minimum of 1 year emergency department experience in an acute care facility required.
- Must be able to speak/understand written and verbal instructions in the English language.
The Emergency Department at Holmes Regional Medical Center is a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills. As a Registered Nurse, you will be expected to work effectively in a team-based setting, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
