The County of Blair is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. This full-time position will be based in the Tyrone Magistrate's Office, where you will play a critical role in supporting the efficient operation of the court.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Navigate and utilize statewide computer systems to manage case dockets and schedules
* Process warrants, collect costs and fines, and prepare financial reports
* Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* Prepare correspondence, file and maintain records, and perform general office work
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; six months of work experience preferred
* Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly assess problems and provide solutions
* Strong multitasking and coping skills to handle hectic workdays and varied responsibilities
* Proficient interpersonal relations and communications skills
**Benefits:**
