  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent cost control skills with a focus on ensuring financial efficiency.
