Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate production activities to meet or exceed established metrics and goals.
  • Lead by example in areas such as safety, quality, and teamwork.
  • Work with engineering, supply chain, and PLC to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain quality control and perform required quality checks.
  • Assist with rework and drive team to resolve larger rework projects.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Gantt Charts.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and give direction to the team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Three or more years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Ability to address and resolve problems with minimal supervision.
