Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Architect to join our Digital Engineering and Enabling Technologies Division. As a key member of our team, you will apply systems-thinking and advanced methodologies to develop solutions to complex system- and enterprise-level problems.

The ideal candidate will have broad multidisciplinary interests in Tradespace Exploration, Multi-Disciplinary Analysis and Optimization, Model-based Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, Software development and Integration, and Advanced Algorithms. They will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, identifying relevant modeling and analysis techniques, developing or integrating multi-domain models of required fidelity, and presenting results that support system-level analysis, performance trade-offs, and decision-making.

The ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with customers, engineers, managers, and other stakeholders of all relevant disciplines is a must. Flexibility to multi-task and adapt to evolving priorities will be required. We value continuous learning and professional growth.
