We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Representative to join our team at CROSSMARK. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in promoting our products and building strong relationships with store management and personnel.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
  • Build displays & fill shelves with products.
  • Build rapport with store management and personnel.
  • Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
  • Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.

**Requirements**

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have access and be comfortable using a smart device.
  • Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to lift 25lbs on a regular basis and 50lbs on occasion.
  • Must have reliable transportation and willingness to transport required materials.
  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
