Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of professional, technical, and clerical staff to ensure the quality of work and delivery of patient care.
- Develop and implement staffing patterns and schedules to meet patient care needs, ensuring adequate staffing levels and skill mix.
- Collaborate with medical staff, other departments, and leaders to ensure effective communication and decision-making.
- Contribute to the financial viability of the organization by managing productivity and budgeting processes.
- Ensure compliance with licensure, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Participate in community activities on behalf of the organization.
- Current RN license in the State of Kentucky.
- BSN degree.
- Minimum of 3 years RN experience, with at least 2 years of leadership experience (e.g., RN-Charge).
- Equivalent leadership capabilities will be considered in lieu of the leadership experience requirement, subject to executive leadership approval.
- Advanced skills and abilities of a registered nurse, practicing within the nursing scope of practice.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deliver successful results.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with experience in handling complex situations and conflicts.
- Microsoft Office, Clinical Documentation, Payroll system.
$56.01/hour.
