Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and professional technical support to customers, field service engineers, and dealers regarding air compressors and related equipment.
- Deliver daily assistance to end-users, ensuring their equipment is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Continuously improve product quality by analyzing warranty reports and identifying areas for improvement.
- Offer accurate and up-to-date service information, including technical training to customer centers and dealers on refrigerated air dryers.
- Effectively diagnose faults on customer equipment, with a focus on refrigeration circuits and controls.
- Support Atlas Copco's quality air products and troubleshoot and repair compressor and dryer controls.
- Maintain test instruments to ensure they remain in good condition.
- Process warranty claims and material returns, preparing and distributing inspection reports as needed.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a technical environment.
- PC literate and proficient in various software solutions.
- Sound knowledge of electrical/electronic controls and general compressor knowledge.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with an understanding of mechanical and electrical components and the ability to interpret wiring diagrams and relay logic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
As a Technical Support Representative at Atlas Copco, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $91,000, based on knowledge, skills, and experience.
