About the Job

As a Customer Experience Advocate at Connecteam, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for ensuring our clients receive exceptional support. Your primary role will be to communicate effectively with clients, troubleshoot issues, and provide education on best practices in Connecteam. You will be the main point of contact for our customers, delivering fast and high-quality service while maintaining a high performance level.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels.
  • Deliver fast and high-quality service while maintaining a high performance level.
  • Educate clients on best practices in Connecteam according to their business needs.
  • Provide live feedback to the Customer Success team regarding missing capabilities, feature requests, and time spenders.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role or client-facing environment.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Service-oriented personality with a can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with a startup mentality, including working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who enjoys getting and providing feedback, sharing ideas, and constantly improving together.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
  • Independence and time management skills.
  • Ability to work remotely from Monday to Friday.
