• Evaluates project requirements and identifies necessary resources.
• Creates comprehensive project plans that outline key activities, timelines, and resource allocations essential for achieving project goals while following a systematic development approach.
• Monitors and documents the completion of project activities, initiating actions to propel the project forward as needed.
• Manages multiple projects according to established plans, tracking, measuring, and reporting on progress to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Adjusts tasks, sequencing, and resource allocation as necessary to maintain project momentum.
• Identifies and resolves challenges to ensure effective solutions.
• Oversees project teams and associated implementation activities in accordance with project plans.
• Provides insights on optimizing resource utilization and coordinates any staffing adjustments with management.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in Business or Project Management preferred. Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive project management experience, including familiarity with PMBOK or equivalent methodologies. Experience in an educational environment preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address issues and identify effective business solutions. Demonstrated initiative and capability to advance projects while managing multiple priorities. Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to engage with all organizational levels and thrive in a dynamic environment with numerous initiatives. Proficient in managing diverse business and vendor resources. Capable of working independently and making informed decisions with minimal oversight. Familiarity with project management practices and tools. Ability to influence and establish credibility with sponsors, peers, and subordinates by meeting project milestones, deadlines, and budgetary constraints. Additional Information In accordance with pay transparency regulations, the anticipated salary range for this position is between $70,696 and $124,230. Actual compensation will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, including experience, training, geographic location, licensure, certifications, market conditions, departmental budgets, and responsibilities.
