We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installation Specialist to join our team at The Blinds Man. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and high-quality installations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install window treatments, including blinds, shutters, shades, and drapery, in commercial and residential settings.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and meet performance metrics, including professionalism, accuracy, and speed of installation.
  • Take pride in your work, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Complete installation reports and provide feedback to improve processes and reduce errors.
  • Communicate effectively with the installation scheduler and sales team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Participate in regular installer meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
  • Ensure your vehicle is properly maintained and stocked with necessary supplies and parts.
Requirements:
  • Experience with hand power tools, construction, or relevant background.
  • Ability to work at heights and with general construction equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to speak and read English fluently.
Compensation:
  • $2400/month base salary.
  • Additional compensation based on piecework, including brackets installed and square footage of shutters installed.
