About the Position

We are seeking a Lot Attendant to join our team at Santa Clara Square. As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking lot, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the parking facility to ensure the safety and security of customers and their vehicles.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are parked in an orderly and safe manner.
  • Perform routine vehicle car counts and report any issues.
  • Assist with traffic control during peak hours.
  • Monitor and enforce parking regulations and policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
