Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Interpret CAD drawings and schematics to ensure accurate assembly and operation of machinery.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on gearboxes, pumps, and other mechanical systems to reduce downtime and prolong equipment lifespan.
  • Repair and maintain pneumatic and electrical systems following established protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with the automation team to enhance system performance and ensure smooth integration of new technologies.
  • Keep precise records of all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Engage in continuous improvement efforts, proposing changes to boost system efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure the seamless operation of all systems.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficient in the repair and maintenance of mechanical systems, gearboxes, pumps, and equipment installation.
  • Knowledge of pneumatic systems, electrical systems, and automation technologies.
  • Skilled in CAD with the ability to interpret schematics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Self-driven with a robust work ethic and the capacity to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Dedication to maintaining safety standards and protocols.
  • Relevant certification or degree in a related discipline is preferred.
