Nesco Resource is seeking a highly skilled Controller to join our team at an innovative manufacturing company. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive annual base salary range of $130k - $150k.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with executive leadership to achieve financial goals and objectives
  • Oversee and implement accounting practices and systems
  • Improve financial accuracy and accountability throughout the organization
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash activities
  • Prepare reports for standard and actual costs as well as profit margins
  • Maintain and improve processes and controls, develop & maintain KPI's and other data, provide insight to issues, and identify profitable growth opportunities
Requirements
  • 6 years of dynamic accounting experience
  • Manufacturing experience a plus
  • Human Resource experience and/or CPA or CMA certification preferred, but not required
  • 4-year Undergraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
  • Understanding of U.S. GAAP
  • Cost accounting, multi-site coordination, and intercompany transactions experience a plus
