Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Entertainment Partners. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business units, including Finance, Technology, and Operations. Your expertise will help us drive business objectives, improve productivity, and develop our workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals and objectives.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and resolve complex issues.
  • Manage and develop employee relations programs, including training and development initiatives.
  • Partner with the CHRO and HR team to drive HR functional excellence and process improvement.

Requirements
  • 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRBP.
  • PHR or SPHR certification or equivalent desired.
  • Experience providing business partner support to Technology and/or Finance departments preferred.
