About the Role:
We are seeking a Demand Generation Program Lead to join our team at RTA US. This role will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation programs that meet business objectives, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality content and experiences that drive engagement and conversion.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in project management, specifically in managing demand generation assets and programs within a creative agency or internal creative marketing team. Experience working on production, deployment and optimization for digital executions is also required.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute demand generation programs that meet business objectives.
  • Lead bi-weekly campaign team meetings to report on the status of current release deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal creative teams and external agencies to manage project intake and execution.
  • Review and approve creative briefs to ensure writers have quality content to write demand gen copy.
  • Manage and track creative assets for demand gen campaigns.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of demand generation principles and practices, as well as experience working on production, deployment and optimization for digital executions. The salary range for this position is $65-$77 per hour, depending on experience.
