Salary
We offer a competitive base salary, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive bonus and yearly raises.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to supervise subcontractors and daily construction activities, ensuring quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of previous experience working with a General Contractor and a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field. Strong software and technology skills are a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines. Experience leading multifamily builds and working in a team structure is highly valued.
