As a Multifamily Site Superintendent with Michael Page, you will play a critical role in managing complex construction projects from start to finish. You will oversee multiple teams, ensure timely completion, and maintain high-quality standards.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from $125,000 to $185,000 per year, along with 15+ days of PTO, 9-12 company holidays, 75%-100% medical benefits, a 401k plan with company match, car allowance/company vehicle, end of year bonus, and life insurance policy.

Job Description

  • Oversee multifamily construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality standards.
  • Oversight of subcontractors and daily project activities to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Coordination with subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to address any issues related to materials or methods.
  • Building and maintaining effective and professional on-site relationships with owners, architects, consulting engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Promoting and enforcing a safe work environment, practices, and culture throughout the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of previous experience working with a General Contractor.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience handling multifamily projects.
  • Experience with concrete and site work.
  • Strong software and technology skills are a plus.
  • Able to communicate and be organized.
  • Time Management Skills - making sure everything is on time and completed thoroughly.
  • Experience with a team structure is a plus.
