Job Title: Crew Chief

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crew Chief to join our team at Team Car Care/Jiffy Lube. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of automotive technicians and customer service associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead a team of automotive technicians and customer service associates to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and quality control measures
  • Assist with inventory management, cash handling, and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of retail management experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make recommendations to improve sales and service results
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
