After-School Program Facilitator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an After-School Program Facilitator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading engaging and interactive activities for elementary school students, promoting social-emotional learning, and fostering a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, incorporating STEAM activities and social-emotional learning principles.
- Lead groups of up to 20 students in various activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.
- Assist with homework completion and snack distribution, providing support to students as needed.
- Effectively manage student behavior, using positive reinforcement techniques to promote good behavior.
- Collaborate with school administrators, parents, and fellow coaches to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, child development, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively with elementary school students, understanding their needs and abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with students and colleagues.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a Live-Scan background check and TB screening.
