After-School Program Facilitator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an After-School Program Facilitator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality programs that promote social-emotional learning, physical activity, and academic achievement for students in grades K-6.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Lead small groups of students in STEAM activities, promoting creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Assist with homework completion, snack distribution, and ensure student safety during outdoor activities.
- Effectively manage student behavior, providing a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with school administrators, parents, and fellow coaches to ensure seamless program delivery.
- 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, child development, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively with elementary and middle school students, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a Live-Scan background check and TB screening.
