Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Facilitator to join our team at Elevo. As a Program Facilitator, you will be responsible for leading social-emotional learning and enrichment activities for TK/K-6th grade students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Lessons and Activities: Design and implement engaging lesson plans that promote social-emotional learning and enrichment activities such as STEAM.
  • Manage Student Behavior: Effectively manage student behavior with minimal assistance, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Support Student Learning: Assist with homework completion and snack distribution, providing additional support to students as needed.
  • Collaborate with Staff: Work effectively with staff and administrators to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Experience Working with Children: Have been successful working with elementary and/or middle school kids, with a strong understanding of child development and learning principles.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage students.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and patient approach to working with students.
  • Reliable Transportation: Have reliable transportation to and from work sites.
