**Job Title:** Senior Naval Integration Exercise Planning Specialist

**About Us:

  • We are First Division Consulting, a leading provider of expertise in exercise planning and naval integration for the Multi-Domain Operations Center Training Team (MOC TT).

**Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

Job Description:

As a Senior Naval Integration Exercise Planning Specialist at First Division Consulting, you will play a critical role in supporting Marine Corps training and operational readiness through the development and integration of exercise plans focused on Naval warfare concepts.

The successful candidate will possess demonstrated expertise in Naval operations and integration with Marine Corps forces, experience in exercise planning and execution within a military environment, strong communication and collaboration skills, familiarity with Marine Corps and Naval doctrine, operational planning processes, and warfighting capabilities.

Responsibilities include developing and executing exercise plans that incorporate Naval Integration principles, providing expertise in Naval operations, doctrine, and tactics to enhance training outcomes, collaborating with Marine Corps and Navy stakeholders to ensure effective integration of joint operational capabilities, supporting the evaluation and assessment of training exercises, and maintaining and updating course materials to reflect current Naval operational standards and objectives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Naval operations and integration with Marine Corps forces.
  • Experience in exercise planning and execution within a military environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with Marine Corps and Naval doctrine, operational planning processes, and warfighting capabilities.
  • Must be a US citizen.
