Job Title: Executive Director

Job Summary

The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of programs, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and supervising a team of staff members. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program strategies to support the growth of existing and new programs
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including state/program representatives, third-party case worker organizations, and advocacy groups
  • Supervise a team of staff members, including interviewing, selecting, training, motivating, and providing performance evaluations
  • Assist with contract renewals, expansions, and contract outcomes, and communicate changes that may impact services received and services rendered
  • Represent the organization publicly at events, conferences, and trade shows, and communicate effectively with diverse internal and external customers
  • Report program statistics and information to key stakeholders through survey results and regular reporting
  • Provide one-on-one and group training and support to enrolling employers, employees, and contract partners
  • Work a flexible work schedule, including weekends, weeknights, and holidays, and travel up to 60% to meet with customers, contract partners, and state-level representatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or other related field, or equivalent years of experience in social services, relationship/account management, or program management
  • Prior experience managing and supervising team members
  • Ability to work remotely and maintain valid driver's license and automobile insurance
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills, with ability to effectively interact with diverse internal and external customers
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with stakeholders
