Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist/Cashier to join our team at Herb Chambers Porsche. As a key member of our sales operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales efforts, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet visitors, potential customers, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support sales operations by answering and transferring phone calls, cashing out clients, and assisting the management team as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for our clients.
  • Provide office supplies and services, including inventory management, ordering, and equipment maintenance.
  • Complete special sales projects by organizing information and requirements, meeting schedules, and achieving sales and organizational goals.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as scanning, copying, and reconciling sales deposits and daily draws.
  • Process receipts for sales, service, and parts departments.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • Auto experience and knowledge of the automotive industry.
