A unique position is available in central New Mexico for a Pulmonary Critical Care Physician to become part of a well-established program and collaborate with a dedicated team comprising 4 Pulmonary Critical Care specialists, 2 Intensivists, and 2 Nurse Practitioners.

This role offers a balanced schedule that includes both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, all situated on the hospital campus. The program provides ample support from Advanced Practice Providers (APP) in both the clinic and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) environments. This not-for-profit healthcare facility offers competitive compensation akin to for-profit organizations, along with comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate will be a Board Certified MD/DO in Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine with an active medical license in New Mexico. New graduates and visa holders are encouraged to consider this opportunity.


- Utilization of Epic EMR
- Responsibilities in both Clinic and ICU settings
- APP support available in both environments
- Compensation at MGMA median plus wRVU bonus
