Critical Care Specialist

As a Critical Care Specialist with TotalMed Staffing, you will provide high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting. You will assess, monitor, and manage critically ill patients, collaborating with the ICU team for optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
Assess patients' conditions, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Perform advanced interventions and procedures to stabilize and support patients' health.
Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment options, and care plans for optimal recovery.
Requirements:
Current RN license
BLS (Other Certifications as required by facility)
Two years of recent ICU RN experience
Strong communication and adaptability skills.
