**Job Title:** Senior Vice President of Supported Services

Institute for Comm Living is a dynamic organization dedicated to providing innovative solutions for individuals with serious mental illness. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President of Supported Services to lead our Supported Housing Division, driving excellence in service delivery, operational efficiency, and team performance.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in clinical supervision, program management, and budget administration, with a proven ability to develop and implement effective strategies to drive growth and improvement.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans to enhance service quality, expand program capacity, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Leverage data analysis to inform decision-making, identify areas for improvement, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork within the Supported Housing Division, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and community organizations to advance Institute for Comm Living's mission and reputation.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in senior management roles, preferably in behavioral health or social services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in program management, budget administration, clinical supervision, and staff development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

**Salary:** $125,000 - $140,000 annualized (dependent on license/experience).
