Job Description:

Triage Staffing is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist for a travel assignment in Roswell, New Mexico.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and producing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including ultrasound machines and other diagnostic imaging devices
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients for optimal image quality
  • Produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes, including ultrasound images and other diagnostic imaging modalities
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient exams and imaging results

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
  • Current ARDMS certification in Ultrasound
  • 2+ years of experience as a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
