Job Title: Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

Marvel Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join their team for a travel assignment in a medical facility.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to work in a fast-paced medical environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to provide the highest level of patient care
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
  • Current certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist in a medical facility
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy
