- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in precepting and mentoring students and new staff to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing growth.
- Ensure quality nursing care is rendered to all patients in accordance with the New York Nurse Practice Act, National Standards of Practice, and Nursing and Clinical Service standards of care and practice.
- Graduation from an accredited school for Licensed Practical Nursing and current licensure in the State of New York.
- Maintains current BLS/CPR certification.
- Participates in orientation and continuing education and updates and maintains knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise.
This is a clinical setting with a Medium work classification, requiring the ability to lift 25 pounds frequently and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and outcomes.
