Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and internal teams

- Monitor automated mailer dashboards and address campaigns that require manual intervention
- Select content for email campaigns and manually set up campaigns
- Swap campaign offers and pull reports on revenue and leads statistics
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- One year of IT customer support experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel programs
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
