Job Overview

We're seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for learning and a desire to start their career in operations. Our 12-week internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to senior leaders within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-visibility projects within one of our Global Operations functions (Planning, Logistics, Procurement, or Manufacturing Operations)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency
  • Analyze complex data sets to inform strategic decisions and optimize processes
  • Develop and present reports to senior management to communicate findings and recommendations
Requirements
  • Pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in Supply Chain or related field from an accredited program
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with colleagues and customers
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
