Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Valet Driver to join our team at SP+. As a Valet Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and security of our clients' vehicles, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect vehicles before parking to ensure their safety and security.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with clients regarding valet rates and services.
  • Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times.
  • Report any accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with knowledge of major streets, landmarks, and freeways to ensure seamless transportation experiences for clients.
Requirements
  • A valid state driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • The ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.
  • Availability to work special shifts if needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired).
  • The ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
