Expert Educational Psychologist for Student Success

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Educational Diagnostician to join our team in Texas.

Job DescriptionThis onsite-only position offers flexible scheduling between 2 to 4 days per week.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and evaluations to assess students' learning needs and disabilities.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school teams to interpret evaluation results and develop appropriate educational plans.
- Facilitate Manifestation Determination Reviews (MDRs) to assess if a student's behavior is linked to their disability or the school's failure to implement their IEP.
- Provide written reports and recommendations based on evaluation findings.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of plans that support student success.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Educational Diagnostician or in a similar role is required.
- Proven experience with MDRs (Manifestation Determination Reviews) and the ability to manage these critical meetings effectively.
- Strong knowledge of testing protocols, assessment tools, and educational strategies for students with disabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, school administrators, and families to ensure student needs are met.
- Certification as an Educational Diagnostician in Texas is required.
This position offers:
