Texas Elementary School Psychologist Position

Job Summary
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate School Psychologist to provide psychological services to students in grades K-4, helping to foster emotional, social, and academic development in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Comprehensive Psycho-Educational Evaluations and Assessments
- Provide Individual and Group Counseling for Students Facing Academic, Behavioral, and Social Challenges
- Collaborate with Teachers, Parents, and Administrators to Develop and Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans
- Assist in the Development of Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS)
- Offer Crisis Intervention, Consultation, and Conflict Resolution as Needed
- Participate in Multidisciplinary Team Meetings, Providing Input for Student Progress Monitoring and Intervention Plans
Qualifications
- Masters or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology from an Accredited Institution
- Texas Licensure/Certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience Working with Elementary-Aged Students (K-4) is Preferred
- Strong Interpersonal, Organizational, and Communication Skills
- Ability to Work Collaboratively with Students, Parents, and Educational Staff
